Structural Solutions was established in 2002 as a partnership and was formally incorporated as a limited company in 2023. We are a Malawian registered firm.
Where do you operate?
We work throughout Malawi, with offices and postal addresses in Lilongwe and Blantyre, and we also serve clients in the wider Southern Africa region.
What documents do you need to start a project?
We typically require site surveys, topographical maps, and any existing design briefs. We'll guide you through the complete list during the kickoff meeting.
Do you handle project management and supervision?
Yes. We provide full project management — from design, bills of quantities, and tendering right through to handover — as well as rigorous construction supervision with site agents when required.
What is your quality assurance process?
We follow rigorous internal reviews, peer checks, and site inspections at every stage to ensure that specifications, programme lines, and budgets are adhered to.
